Refund policy

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new gear.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for store credit or exchange on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery if:

✔ Item is unworn & unwashed

✔ Tags & packaging are intact

✔ Item is in original condition

Try-on for fit is OK — no sweat marks, deodorant marks, makeup, or hair.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Socks
  • Hats
  • Towels
  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@peek-apparel.com.

  2. Include your order number & item details.

  3. Upon approval, we will send return instructions within 48 hours. 

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

Faulty Items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty product, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund faulty items in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Rights

Our policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults, and compensation for reasonable loss or damage.
